I started researching masonry heaters in around 2008-9,
I built mine using Norberts Heat Kit core.
The MH is the focal point of our homestead, and the wife camps out on the heated bench all winter.
I am getting set to build another MH or cookstove, a lot of my old links no longer work, suppliers have disappeared 
Anyhow, I am a carpenter/plumber/elect/concrete/mason/etc by trade 
I enjoy Kayak fishing/camping with my wife, Hunting and gardening.
